Adding value through great design

I have been responsible for helping to create great user experiences for products across a wide range of industries.

I have actively participated in the IDEO human-centric design process. I believe “Design Thinking” and the “Double Diamond” model lead to high quality user experiences.

For me, great UX/UI design should make any product, be it website, mobile app or otherwise, be either 

• a joy to use so that the user comes back for more, or
• so intuitive that the user forgets they are using it and it becomes an “automatic” process.
